Full Time - UPG, Sydney

UPG is Australia's premier Trimble distributor. Our 11 offices across the region employ over 170 solution and industry specialists covering Survey, Civil & Building Construction, Machine Control, Rail, Transportation & Logistics and Material Handling.

UPG advises the industry on various solutions, from standard survey TS/GNSS applications, to UAV, 3DLS, Indoor MLS, photogrammetry, VA/AR to name just a few

The major focus of this position is to:

  • manage the entire sales process through demonstrations, negotiations, quotations, tenders and closing

Construction Software Sales Consultant
Full Time - BuildingPoint - Sydney

BuildingPoint is the sole ANZ distributor of the Trimble Buildings portfolio of building-intelligence software, hardware, and services solutions.

As part of the BuildingPoint growth strategy we are now looking to recruit a sales professional to join our team in the role of Sales Consultant to our Sydney office.

Reporting through to the Division Manager, with the support of our strong technical team and experienced senior managers, the major focus of this position will be to further develop and expand our existing client portfolio of predominately steel detailers, subcontractors and consulting engineers. Leveraging from your existing industry contacts while concurrently developing new relationships you will quickly become a trusted partner to the major players in the construction industry.

As our new Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing sales strategies and creating business opportunities
  • Developing strategic initiatives to target specific accounts and industry sectors
  • Confidently communicating the advantages of integrating Trimble software solutions into client business models
  • Coordinating sales demonstrations
  • Representing BuildingPoint at conferences, trade shows and industry functions

This role represents an excellent career choice for candidates that prefer to work autonomously and get excited about selling cutting edge technology.

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful career either in construction sales or a construction related trade. You must also be a self starter with a passion for offering customers business solutions.
