COVID-19 Update

The SITECH NZ team extends its best wishes and support to all in the community, hoping that everyone stays as safe and as healthy as possible.

We are managing the impact of COVID-19 on our people, our business, our partners and our customers.

Whilst we are in unique circumstances, we wanted to reassure our valued clients that we will continue to support you.

We have initiated the following measures related to our activities:

  • We will use of technology to stay in touch with clients; email, phone, webinars, online support and training sessions,
  • We will continue to provide technical support via our support portal (phone 0800 4 SITECH – 0800 474 8327) which connects all the SITECH NZ and SITECH Construction Systems offices across Australia and New Zealand,
  • We are more than happy to organise web-based meetings, conference calls, training and technical support sessions.
  • All users of Trimble Business Center software with a network license who are required to work remotely or unable to access their office-based licenses will be issued free temporary licenses until normal operating conditions resume- please email us. 

We will continue to keep you updated  through our social channels and email.
